The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
You customize the Account entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. If you add address fields to a lookup view, the address fields do not appear when you use the lookup feature.
For example, this problem may occur with the following fields:
Address 1: Name
Address 1: Street 2
Address 1: Street 3
This problem occurs because the ISHIDDEN field is incorrectly set to 0 for some address fields. This behavior occurs when you add the address field to a lookup view to customize the Account entity.

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing. The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
Install this hotfix on computers that are running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Outlook or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Server.

If you are prompted, restart the computer after you install the hotfix.
To remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Outlook or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Server, use Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel.System administrators can use the Spuninst.exe tool to remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Outlook or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Server.
The Spuninst.exe tool is located in the %Windir%\$NTUninstallKB934315$\Spuninst folder.
