When you use a Microsoft Windows XP-based computer to visit a Web site that contains video content, you cannot view the video content as expected. Additionally, you may be prompted to install Adobe Flash Player. However, you cannot view the video content even after you install Flash Player.
This problem occurs if Flash Player is corrupted.
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
Click Start, click Run, type appwiz.cpl, and then click OK.
In the Currently installed programs list, click Adobe Flash Player, and then click Remove.
Install the latest version of Flash Player. To do this, visit the following Adobe Web site:
