SYMPTOMS
The Spooler service may crash frequently on a server that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if the Xerox WorkCentre Pro 35 PS driver is installed.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest version of the Xerox WorkCentre Pro 35 PS driver from Xerox.
