This article describes how to enable the debug output in Winternals Recovery Manager 2.0.1 or in a later version of Recovery Manager.
Warning Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or by using another method. These problems might require that you reinstall the operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that these problems can be solved. Modify the registry at your own risk.
To enable the debug output in Recovery Manager 2.0.1 or in a later version of Recovery Manager, follow these steps to add a LogLevel registry value in the Registry:
Start Registry Editor.
Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
On the Edit menu, click Add Value, and then add the following registry value:
Exit Registry Editor.
After you enable the debug output in Recovery Manager 2.0.1 or in a later version, you can view the debug output in any program that provides the debug output through Windows. For example, view the debug output in DebugView.
