You install Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2.3 Service Pack 1 (SP1) on a computer that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006.
You install BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2.3 Message Pack 2006 on the same computer.
You run a developed application that uses BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2.3.
You submit an MTS965 message that does not contain an optional CTR subfield in the 91F field.
In this scenario, the MT965 message is rejected by BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2.3.
This problem occurs because of a problem in the following files in the original BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2.3 Message Pack 2006:
A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Internet Information Services (IIS) and all dependent services
The host instance in the BizTalk Server 2006 Administration console

This hotfix does not replace any other hotfixes.
