You use the Reporting Space option in the Japanese version of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007 to view certain reports. However, when you view these reports, you find that the information about a report is not in Japanese. Instead, the report information is in English.
You experience this problem with the reports that appear in the following nodes under Reporting:
Client Monitoring Views Library
Microsoft ODR Report Library
This problem occurs for the following reasons:
Information about some reports is not translated into Japanese.
Some reports are translated into Japanese. However, the Reporting Space incorrectly loads the English version of the report.
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
Import the updated Japanese Management Pack. All the report information is translated correctly in this updated management pack.
Install the update that is mentioned in this article. This hotfix configures System Center Operations Manager 2007 to display the Japanese report information correctly.
A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next software update that contains this hotfix.

The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
