Report scheduling fails in System Center Operations Manager 2007 when the regional settings on the client computer differ from the regional settings on the server

This article has been archived. It is offered "as is" and will no longer be updated.
You install the Reporting feature on a server in a Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007 environment. When you run a report by using the Operations console on a client computer, the report scheduling fails. Additionally, the date format is not converted correctly between the client computer and the server.
This problem occurs if the regional settings on the client computer differ from the regional settings on the server.
