You install the Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2005 Add-in for Microsoft PowerPoint or the Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2005 Add-in for Microsoft Outlook. After you do this, the Microsoft Office Live Meeting menu may not appear.
To resolve this issue, use one or more of the following methods in the order that they are presented.
Method 1: Exit and then restart Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft PowerPointIf the installation wizard did not prompt you to exit Outlook or PowerPoint before you installed the add-in, you must restart Outlook or PowerPoint to see the Live Meeting menu.
If you still experience the issue, go to Method 2.

Important You must use the "Add or Remove Programs" feature to remove the add-in before you try the methods that are described in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 193006.
Use Method 1 in Knowledge Base article 193006 to remove customer menu settings and to restore the default settings. Then, reinstall the add-in.
If you still experience the issue, use Method 2 in Knowledge Base article 193006 to rename the existing PIP file for PowerPoint or for Outlook. This procedure resets the menu settings for PowerPoint or for Outlook. These menu settings include the Live Meeting add-in menu.
