The data source of an existing report is damaged after you run the PublishReports.exe tool to publish a custom report in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

Symptoms
After you run the PublishReports.exe tool to publish a custom report in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, the data source of an existing report is damaged. If you run the existing report, you receive the following error message:
Reporting Services Error The report server cannot process the report. The data source connection information has been deleted. (rsInvalidDataSourceReference)
