Stop error message when the computer resumes from hibernation in Windows Vista: "STOP 0x0000000A"

When you resume a Windows Vista-based computer from hibernation, you may receive a Stop error message that resembles the following:
*** STOP: 0x0000000A (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4)
