Windows background music does not play as expected when the OOBE Wizard is running after you use the Sysprep utility to distribute an image of Windows XP SP2

Consider the following scenario:
- You use the Sysprep utility to distribute an image of Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) that includes Windows Media Player 11.
- You run the Out Of Box Experience (OOBE) Wizard.
Hotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
