You have scheduled a recurring meeting in Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007. When you open the Attendee Permissions dialog box, and then you click to select the Use the content pane to select and add content check box, meeting attendees have access to meeting content as expected.
However, when you click to clear the Use the content pane to select and add content check box, and then later you end the meeting, an attendee who joins the expired meeting may still view the meeting content that appears in the content pane.
Note In this scenario, the attendee can view only the first page of the meeting content. For example, the attendee can view only the first slide of a presentation. The attendee cannot view additional content that is present in the content pane.
How to obtain the hotfix
This issue is fixed in the Hotfix Package 945172. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

To work around this problem, delete the content from the meeting after the meeting has ended.
