Symptoms
In a non-English version of Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2), an application that uses the CDOSYS library or the System.Web.Mail namespace may receive a corrupted error message. This error message resembles the following:
CDO.Message.1: ?-?E?-?A?a 1 ?l?I?o?M?O?a?K?v?A?・?a?A1 ?l?a?c?A?c?e?U?1?n?A?μ???B
Resolution
To resolve this problem, apply hotfix 934273. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
