The Interactive Bot sample contained in the Microsoft Unified Communications Managed API SDK does not appear as Always Online in Communicator 2007

Symptoms
Consider the following scenario. You configure the Interactive Bot sample that is contained in the Microsoft Unified Communications Managed API SDK. Then, you add the value of the SipUri key in the App.config file to the contacts list in Microsoft Office Communicator 2007. In this scenario, the Interactive Bot sample appears as Offline instead of as Always Online.
Resolution
To resolve this problem, you must download and install the latest version of the Microsoft Unified Communications Managed API SDK.
