Update 946627 performs one of the following actions:
If hotfix 942367 is installed, hotfix 942367 is enabled by adding a DWORD value named * that has a value of 1 to the following registry subkey:
If other Internet Explorer hotfixes have been previously installed, this registry value enables hotfix 942367. If no Internet Explorer hotfixes are installed on the system, the addition of this registry value causes no functional changes.
