The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Consider the following scenario. You send an e-mail message from Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook is open. In this scenario, the e-mail message is not sent as expected. Instead, the e-mail message is sent to the Draft folder. If you try to send the e-mail message from the Draft folder, the e-mail message is still sent back to the Draft folder.
Note This problem occurs if you have opened Outlook and you have the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Outlook installed.
