Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. On the User page, you type a user name in the Domain Logon Name field to add the user to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Then, you click in another field. In this scenario, the user information is not automatically populated in the required fields as expected. For example, no values are populated in the First Name field or in the Last Name field.
This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
This problem occurs because the one-way trust cannot automatically resolve the user information to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
To resolve this problem, manually enter the user information in the required fields. For example, type the first name of the user in the First Name field, and then type the last name of the user in the Last Name field.
