FIX: The shortcut menu does not appear for many seconds when you right-click a project name in Visual Studio Team System 2008 Team Explorer

In Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, you have a solution that uses Visual Studio Team System 2008 Team Explorer for source control. When you right-click the project name of a project that is included in the solution, the shortcut menu does not appear for many seconds. This issue is likely to occur when the solution contains more than 100 projects.
