Error message when you import customizations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0: "Failure: bulkoperation: Invalid Argument"

When you import customizations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, you receive the following error message:
Failure: bulkoperation: Invalid Argument.
This problem occurs if you import customizations from a server that has been upgraded to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.
This problem occurs because the customization file contains obsolete views. These obsolete views are obtained from the upgraded Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 environment. However, the customization file is no longer available for the import on a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 server. These views are moved to the entity-named import.

Note The following obsolete views are included in the Quick Campaign entity:
  • All Bulk Imports
  • Completed Bulk Imports
  • In-Progress Bulk Imports
  • My In-Progress Bulk Imports
  • Quick Find Bulk Import
