This issue occurs when the following conditions are true:
    1. Many users are running Outlook 2007 in Terminal Server client sessions that are connected to the Windows Server 2003-based server.
    2. You have an Instant Messenger program installed such as, Office Communicator, Windows Messenger, or MSN Messenger.

    4. Your Windows registry is missing the following registry data:
      HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IM Providers\CommunicatorHKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IM Providers\MSN MessengerHKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IM Providers\Windows Messenger
  • You use the Microsoft Access Developer Extensions 2007 Package Solution wizard to package a Microsoft Office Access 2007 database application. Then, you install the packaged application on a computer.
