Error message when you click "View in CRM" after you create an appointment in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Outlook: "At least one recipient could not be resolved to a record in the system"

You use the "Match only against contacts synchronized to Microsoft Dynamics CRM" setting in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook. However, when you create a new appointment, the attendees for the appointment do not match the Microsoft Dynamics CRM contacts. Additionally, when you click View in CRM, you receive the following error message:
At least one recipient could not be resolved to a record in the system.
