Issues that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issues:
950786 Error message when you start Outlook 2007: "The file <Path>\SharePoint Lists.pst cannot be found"
950794 Error message when you try to add a delegate in Outlook 2007: "The Delegates settings were not saved correctly"
This hotfix package also fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

When you open Outlook 2007, you may receive the following error message:
The file Path\SharePoint Lists.pst cannot be found.
After you click OK, the Create/Open Personal Folders File dialog box appears.
