You receive error messages when you try to import a customization XML file in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

Consider the following scenario. You upgrade Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. Next, you import a customization XML file from the upgraded Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 installation to a second Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 installation. In the second installation, you process some customizations. Then, you try to import a customization XML file from the second installation back to the upgraded installation. In this scenario, you receive the following error messages.
Error message 1
Either the file could not be uploaded or Import failed.
Error message 2
Failure:new_Test_BulkDeleteFailures: A SQL server error occurred.
A setup update is available from Microsoft. When you install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, or when you upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, you can check for setup updates. If you select the option to check for setup updates, the application downloads any new setup updates and applies the setup updates to the installation while the setup process is running.
