Messages are converted to a very small font size in Outlook Web Access and in Outlook 2003 when you use Exchange Server 2007

SYMPTOMS
In an Exchange 2007 environment, a text/enriched MIME type message that contains the <nofill> tag and the <fixed> tag is converted to a very small font size in Outlook Web Access and in Outlook 2003 clients. When this problem occurs, the message is difficult to read. If you examine the message header, you may notice a message that resembles the following message:
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/enriched; charset="xxxx"
If you examine the original MIME message in Notepad, the following tags appear in the message body:
<nofill><fixed>
Note If you read the message by using Outlook 2007, the font size of the message is correct.
CAUSE
When a text/enriched MIME type message is converted, the body of the messages set incorrectly to size="-1."
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, download Update Rollup 4 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1. Then, install the update on the Exchange server.
