List of issues that this hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issue:
  • 950788 After you send an updated recurring meeting request to an external recipient in Outlook 2003, the value of the "Sequence" property is not changed
This hotfix fixes the following issues that are not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • Consider the following scenario. You forward an e-mail message from the Outlook 2003 Sent Items folder. This e-mail message is protected by Information Rights Management (IRM), and the e-mail message has an attachment. In this scenario, the attachment contents are lost when the e-mail message is forwarded.

  • You preview a message that contains an attachment in Outlook 2003. When you change the IRM setting of the message, the attachment name becomes "message.rpmsg." Additionally, if you open the message and then save it, the attachment is lost. If the message that is previewed has no attachment, the "message.rpmsg" name still appears in the Attached field after you change the IRM settings of the message.

  • Consider the following scenario. You open an e-mail message that was created by another user in the Draft folder in Outlook 2003. You change any setting under the Option menu. Then, you try to send the e-mail message. In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object. See the folder contact or your system administrator.
