The Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Outlook may stop responding when other Outlook add-ins are also installed on the computer

SYMPTOMS
You install the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook on a computer. Other Outlook add-ins, such as Microsoft Business Contact Manager, are installed on the computer. When you preview, open, or close Microsoft Dynamics CRM e-mail messages or Outlook e-mail messages, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Outlook may stop responding.
RESOLUTION
