Issue that this hotfix package fixes

This hotfix fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

Between Microsoft Office Project 2003 and Project 2007, a change was made to the calculation method for Fixed Duration type tasks. In Project 2003, the duration of a Fixed Duration task is calculated from the Task Start Date to the Task Finish Date and is not affected by resource assignments. However, In Project 2007, the duration of a Fixed Duration task is calculated from the sum of the individual resource assignments durations. Therefore, Fixed Duration tasks in Project 2007 behave much more similarly to Fixed Unit tasks, and a Fixed Duration's tasks is affected by the resources on the task.
