Symptoms
You upgrade the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook with Offline Access. The first time that you try to go online in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Outlook with Offline Access after the upgrade, you receive the following error message:
An unidentified error occurred.
Resolution
