You have a user account that belongs to the BizTalk Server Operators group. When you use this user account to disable or enable certain receive locations BizTalk Administration Console, the operation will fail. Additionally, you receive the following error message:

This issue has been observed in receive locations that use the SQL, MSMQ, and DB2 adapters. However, since the issue involves ExplorerOM, other adapters may also be affected.
