If the KB927751IsInstalled registry entry does not exist, create the KB927751IsInstalled registry entry. To do this, follow these steps:
Right-click MSCRM, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
Type KB927751IsInstalled, and then press ENTER.
Double-click the KB927751IsInstalled registry entry.
In the Value data field, type 1, and then click OK.
