In Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R2, you have customized the span control in the UI of the RDP application. Therefore, when you start the RDP application, the Span the display to multiple monitors check box is automatically selected.
You click to clear the Span the display to multiple monitors check box, and then you click Save on the General tab.
You click Cancel to close the RDP dialog box.
If you open the RDP UI again in this scenario, you find that the Span the display to multiple monitors box is still selected. Your attempt to save the new span control setting was unsuccessful.
