You have a Microsoft Speech Server (MSS) 2004 application that uses the RecordSound control to record voice messages. The application records and saves voice messages correctly. However, when you start the same application from Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 Speech Server by using SaltInterpreterActivity, voice messages are not saved after callers hang up.
To resolve this problem, install the Communications Server 2007 Speech Server update package that is dated April 2009. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
