Uninstalling a SNMP Agent from Server 2008 via MSI package that was used originally to install said SNMP Agent may cause an Event ID: 1500 to be subsequently logged in the System Event Viewer logs.
An Event ID: 1500 thrown by SNMP subsequently under certain circumstances after removing the SNMP Agent via the original MSI based installer used to add said Agent.
This happens when removing the SNMP Agent removes the only subkeys listed under:
