You cannot view any e-mail messages in folders in Outlook after you install the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online client for Outlook

After you install the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online client for Microsoft Office Outlook, you can select different folders in Outlook. However, you cannot view any e-mail messages in these folders. Instead, in the area where the e-mail messages should be displayed, you receive the following message:

Hotfix information

If you are prompted to restart the computer, you must restart the computer after you apply this hotfix.

Removal information

To remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, or Windows 2000, use Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel.
