Symptoms
The AsyncOperation entity consumes a significant part of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database size. This can cause performance issues. For example, when you try to change a user from one business unit to another business unit in Deployment Manager in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, performance is poor.
Resolution
