Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
You create a workflow rule that has a custom entity as the primary entity. As the workflow rule executes, the workflow rule enters a waiting state.
You execute the workflow rule.
You try to delete the custom entity record.
In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
An error has occurred, please contact your administrator.

Contact support to obtain the ChangeCascading Tool and then complete the following steps to manually enable the hotfix. For information about technical support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, visit the folloiwng Microsoft Web site: http://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/support/default.mspx
Copy Microsoft.Crm.SE.ChangeCascading.exe into the Tools folder under the Microsoft Dynamics CRM installation directory. For example: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Tools.
Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.
From a command prompt change directories until you are in the tools folder under the Microsoft Dynamics CRM installation directory. For example, type cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Tools
