After you apply Hotfix Rollup 3 for Microsoft Antigen 9.0 Service Pack 1, the Antigen scan jobs may not integrate correctly after a restart of the Information Store. This issue occurs when any kind of the performance monitoring tools are running on the server. Additionally, incoming and outgoing e-mail messages may start to queue.Moreover, one or more of the following error messages may be logged in the Programlog.txt file or in the Antigenhrlog.txt file:

To work around this issue, follow these steps:
Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.
At the command prompt, run the following commands:
Note The placeholder antigenpath represents the installation path of Antigen. For example, C:\Program Files\Microsoft Antigen for Exchange.
Restart all applications that are collecting performance information. Such applications include Performance Monitor, Perfwiz, and Microsoft Operations Manager Client.To obtain a list of these applications, type tlist -m antigenpath\antigenpmdll.dll at the command prompt, and then press ENTER.
