Consider the following scenario:
This problem occurs because the Scommaintenancemode.dll module imports the Kernel32!GetModuleHandleExW() function. This function is not supported on Windows versions that are earlier than Windows Server 2003. Therefore, the CcmExec.exe process does not load this module in Windows 2000-based systems.
