Symptoms
Consider the following scenario. You create a campaign or a quick campaign to generate an e-mail activity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. You select the Assign to a queue option so that the e-mail activity is assigned to a queue. However, the sender of the e-mail activity is set as the owner of the bulk operation job for this e-mail activity instead of the queue's e-mail address.
Resolution
