When you click Start, and then click Messaging on a Windows Mobile 6-based device that's connected to Exchange Online in Office 365, you receive the following message:In the message, you click Attention required, and then you receive the following message:
In the message, you click View Support Code, and the following support code is displayed:
This issue occurs if Exchange Online security policies aren't applied on the Windows Mobile 6-based device.
