FIX: After you configure a URL to your Team System Web Access site by using the TfsAdminUtil ConfigureConnections command on a computer that has Team Foundation Server 2008 SP1 installed, you may receive an inaccurate e-mail notification
You have Visual Studio 2008 Team Foundation Server 2008 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and Microsoft Visual Studio Team System Web Access 2008 installed on a computer.
You use the TfsAdminUtil ConfigureConnections command together with the /TSWAUri option to configure a URL to your Team System Web Access site to include rich links in e-mail notifications.
You subscribe to an event that uses an e-mail notification in Team Explorer.
You perform an operation that triggers the event to which you subscribed.
In this scenario, you may receive an inaccurate e-mail notification. For example, you create a subscription to the check-in event. Then, you check in a modified file in the source control. When you do this, you may receive an e-mail notification that includes the following text:
Details about this check-in were not available when this alert was prepared. Select the link above to view more details about the check-in.
Note You expect the e-mail notification to contain a list of modified items in the changeset and their links to point to the "Difference view page" of Team System Web Access.
