An unexpected error message occurs when you add products to the quotes, orders, or invoices that are created from an opportunity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

Symptoms
You use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook in offline mode. When you try to add products to the quotes, orders, or invoices that are created from an opportunity, you encounter an unexpected error message. You may also encounter this issue when you select the Get Product option from the Actions menu on any quote, order, or invoice record that is associated with an opportunity.
Resolution
