Symptoms
Consider the following scenario. In Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, you have a security role that does not have organizational-level privileges on users or on equipment. However, you have access to view the service calendar. In this scenario, in the service calendar, you can view records for the users and for the equipment that you do not have access to through your security role. This issue occurs only when you view the users or the equipment as resources.
Resolution
