A workflow stays in the In Progress or Waiting status when you run the workflow in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, you create a workflow rule that contains a check condition, followed by a wait condition. When you run the workflow, the workflow stays in the In Progress or Waiting status even though the condition was met.
RESOLUTION
