Voice mail messages are not stamped with the disclaimer that is defined in the transport rule in an Exchange Server 2007 environment

SYMPTOMS
In an Exchange Server 2007 environment that has the Unified Messaging (UM) server role installed, you can create a transport rule to add a disclaimer to all incoming messages. However, when you send a voice mail to the Exchange Server 2007 environment, the voice mail message is embedded in an e-mail message that has the disclaimer. The actual voice mail messages are not stamped with the disclaimer that is defined in the transport rule.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 7 for Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1.
