The contents of the body of an e-mail message are not displayed when you view the properties for a step that refers to an e-mail message in a workflow in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

Symptoms
When you try to view the properties for a "create e-mail entity" step or for a "send e-mail" step in a workflow designer in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, the contents of the body of the e-mail message are not displayed. This problem occurs if the first tab of the e-mail form is not the E-mail tab.

Additionally, if you click Save, Save and Close, Save and New, or Send for a new e-mail activity in which the first tab is not the E-mail tab, you may receive an error message that asks you to send an error report to Microsoft.
Resolution
