The tabs are truncated or invisible when you add notes to an entity form in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

You create multiple tabs that have large labels on an entity form, such as the Contacts form. When you add notes to the entity form, the tabs are truncated or invisible. Additionally, you cannot focus back on the tabs.
