FIX: Activity Monitor shows the high wait times when the FSAGENT wait type is enabled on a server that is running SQL Server 2008

Bug #: 50003695 (SQL Hotfix)
Microsoft distributes Microsoft SQL Server 2008 fixes as one downloadable file. Because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous SQL Server 2008 fix release.
SYMPTOMS
When a FILESTREAM file I/O operation waits for a FILESTREAM agent resource that is being used by another file I/O operation, you expect high wait times on a server that is running Microsoft SQL Server 2008. If the FSAGENTwait type is enabled, Activity Monitor shows the high wait times. This may be a problem when you have to troubleshoot performance issues.
