The GetEngineFiles.exe process may crash on a computer that is running Microsoft Antigen 9.0 for Exchange with Service Pack 1

SYMPTOMS
On a computer that is running Microsoft Antigen 9.0 with Service Pack 1, the GetEngineFiles.exe process may crash. Additionally, a Dr. Watson error that has the Bucket ID of 748497318 for the GetEngineFiles.exe process is logged in the Application log.
RESOLUTION
This issue is fixed in Hotfix Rollup 5 for Antigen 9.0 with Service Pack 1. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

Note You must install Antigen 9.0 for Exchange with Service Pack 1 before you install Update Rollup 5 for Antigen 9.0 with Service Pack 1.
