SYMPTOMS
Local Security Authority (LSA) Kerberos functions that are called by using 32-bit processes may return incorrect results or trigger exceptions in Windows Server 2003 64-bit or Windows XP 64-bit systems. This problem may cause function failure for related applications or services.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because Windows XP 64-bit and Windows Server 2003 64-bit systems do not correctly implement the LSA Kerberos functionality within the Windows 32-bit on Windows 64-bit (WoW64) environment.
RESOLUTION

Hotfix information
